The Onyx standard for engine health. Includes a full system drain, replacement of the crush washer, and installation of a premium filter. We use only high-performance synthetic fluids tailored to your machine. Oil and filter costs are billed separately based on your specific make and model. Includes environmental containment and disposal.
Labor rate covers the precision cleaning, installation, and system flush for both front and rear calipers. High-performance pads and fluids are billed separately based on your specific motorcycle's requirements. You will receive a final itemized invoice via Square upon completion.
A comprehensive 3-stage service: deep cleaning of the chain and sprockets, precision tension adjustment to factory specifications, and application of high-tack, low-fling lubricant. Reduces parasitic power loss and extends the life of your drivetrain. Includes a visual inspection of sprocket wear patterns.
A dedicated 2-hour block for non-standard repairs or complex electrical installations. If your request doesn't fit the categories above, book this block to secure the Mobile Lab's time. Final pricing will be adjusted based on the actual duration and complexity of the task.
Professional installation of aftermarket protection components including frame sliders, engine case covers, or skid plates. All hardware is thread-locked and torqued correctly to prevent vibration-induced loosening. Price is for labor only — customer provides the components.

Every tool in our mobile lab, every diagnostic system, and every consumable we stock is selected specifically for modern platforms. Everything you need to know before booking your service block.
We specialize exclusively in EFI (fuel-injected) motorcycles manufactured after 2000. This focus lets us maintain the right tools, diagnostics, and expertise for modern platforms. We do not service carbureted or pre-2000 machines.
Yes — you or an authorized representative must be accessible at the service location. If the Mobile Lab arrives and there's no access to the motorcycle within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the appointment is considered a no-show and the call-out fee is forfeited.
We require a level, solid surface — concrete or asphalt only. We cannot perform work on dirt, gravel, grass, or significantly sloped areas. You'll also need at least 4 feet of clear workspace around the motorcycle.
You can reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment at no penalty. Cancellations within 24 hours result in forfeiture of the $65 call-out fee. No-shows — where there's no access within 15 minutes of the start time — are also subject to full fee forfeiture.
For maintenance services — oil, brakes, chain — we source parts and bill them separately at cost. For bolt-on installations, you supply the components and we provide the labor. We carry a 90-day warranty on labor for all parts we source and install ourselves.
We accept all major credit cards and digital payments through Square. A final itemized invoice is issued via Square upon completion of the service.
All labor carries a 90-day warranty. If an issue arises directly related to work we performed, contact us and we'll return to correct it at no additional labor charge. This applies to services where we sourced and installed the parts. For bolt-on installs using customer-supplied components, we warranty the installation labor but cannot warranty the parts themselves. In the rare event of damage to your motorcycle while in our care, our Garagekeepers Legal Liability insurance provides an additional layer of coverage for your asset.
It's your responsibility to confirm that mobile vehicle maintenance is permitted at your service location before booking. We're not liable for any fines or interventions from HOAs, landlords, or local authorities.
